「Would not recommend this hotel to anyone You sat on the bed and you felt the springs hit your bottom side, flooring was coming up off the floor beds were like a twin size beds when I asked for one queen or king size bed with the check-in told me they didn’t have any rooms like well I checked in last night, but didn’t stay here last night well, I’m sorry we don’t have any rooms. I think you need to check again, please sir. They also read the rooms by the hour by the week and by the month, like...

「This is in Lansing, MI. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, but there was a buzzer to press to alert the staff. The entry area was very small with a full glass petition to speak to the staff through. The lobby area was locked and not accessible. When the man finally found my reservation, I had offered him my reservation info and he declined, He then had me follow him outside to show me where the room was , opened the door for me to see a king bed instead of the 2 queens I had reserved...

「Friendly staff. Spotless room and bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows.Convenient location.」

「Our stay was off right from the check in. Staff had children in office (not a problem for us) that, aside from the bickering, asked why someone (us) was staying 2 nights. Interesting question imo. We got our key and opened the door to room 10. My husband swore. The room was something you'd rent by the hour. Really dated, dark, smelly and as many reviewers have pointed out, the walls hear everything. We spent 5 minutes deciding what we were looking at and figuring out what to do (and...

「I enjoyed my stay」
