I don't understand the flat sheet on the mattress, instead of a fitted sheet. I'm not a good sleeper as it is, but after tossing and turning all night, to wake up on a bare matress that hundreds of other people have done the same, was disgusting. USE A FITTED SHEET!
And your valet needs work! That is the first and last impression of your hotel. They don't even offer to open doors for passengers as you pull up, a couple of them had zero personality. OPEN CAR DOORS,...
「Check-in was great! The room wasn't as clean as i would have liked. We had a cooler from thr car and as i was putting food into the fridge and freezer, there was a bowl od ice cream left by another guest. I don't know how long it had been there. That was off-putting.」
