「Facilities and service were all outstanding. They upgraded our room upon arrival and were able to accommodate last-minute dinner and spa reservations. Only downside was that our itinerary just allowed us to stay one night. We will have to stay at least a few days on our next visit. Highly recommended.」

「Except one, all the other staffs were very friendly and helpful. They were flexible to support me, too. The breakfast menu was simpler than expected, but after having a series of heavy, great dinner in restaurants in the city, we did not need so rich breakfast, anyway.
