"Its run down, its an old motor lodge...room smelled like death and mold. The $70 I paid was still too much for this hellhole. People were nice though."

"Staff was very friendly, hotel was older but renovated. We just stayed 1 night for a concert so it was fine for that. I wouldn’t stay for longer with more than 1 person - the room was small & the bathroom was TIGHT. Some minor maintenance items like peeling wall base, dusting the iron etc could be taken care of but overall our stay was clean & fine. The AC was a little odd - only the fan kept it cool but not if AC was on. We didn’t call front desk about it since we literally only slept there. We were glad to have a room that opened to an interior corridor but would have felt better if the doors to the corridor were locked. For the price & location this was fine for our needs. "

"Excellent staff and all spaces very clean. Comfortable beds & pillows. Excellent amenities. Love the indoor balconies overlooking indoor courtyard. Plenty of indoor activities. Very family-oriented. Nice bar too."

"The condition of the property’s parking lot was extremely disappointing. It appears to be undergoing construction, but there is no clear organization or guidance on where to park. Even the designated IHG member spaces were chaotic and difficult to access. Upon arrival, it took several minutes for anyone at the front desk to acknowledge me—despite the clear sound of me saying “excuse me.” The front desk associate was visibly occupied watching something on her phone in the back room. I could see her easily, so I’m unsure why she didn’t notice me sooner. When I entered my room, I immediately saw multiple stink bugs—on the headboard, ceiling, window curtains, and various other places throughout the room. I spent a good portion of the evening killing them before finally trying to sleep, but even then I ended up covering my head with the comforter just to feel comfortable enough to rest. Before that, I also found ants in both the shower and the sink. Pest issues can happen, but this level of infestation suggests the room had not been properly inspected for some time. While the room appeared “clean” at first glance, it was evident that any cleanliness had long since faded. The so‑called renovations looked more like temporary patchwork done with whatever materials were within reach, rather than proper repairs. Breakfast was another disappointment. The options were minimal and poorly prepared, and the counters were covered in spills, crumbs, and old food. Throughout my stay, the front"

"I was woken up at little past midnight to being bitten by a bed bug. I informed the front desk immediately. The man at the counter was apologetic but could not help me in other way except to offer to place my clothes in a dryer. I left immediately!! Had to find another hotel in the middle of the night in Kentucky. It was a horrible experience!"

"Way, way, way, over priced for a fishing camp hotel. Price gouging at its best! Terrible location, congested bad. If the price would have been $75.00 a night I would be a little nicer. Sorry not $335 a night because of a concert in town."
