"Staff were lovely and room very clean. I did get the smallest room but that was fine, did the job. Breakfast was OK but for the price I would expect a greater choice."

"We loved our stay in this hotel. We have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this hotel. We will be staying again and do not hesitate to recommend! Everything from the staff to the morning breakfast was outstanding. The room was extremely clean and quiet. Thank you"

"This hotel was perfect as a base for activities in central London. Very convenient for tube stations, shopping, restaurants and West End shows. Check in done by guests on tablets, but hotel staff readily available to help. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Room spacious but a little soulless. Clean and comfortable."

"The room was clean but it was right next to dumpsters. This meant a six am wake up call when the dumpsters were being loudly picked up. Beware room 160. If you are a perimenopausal person with hot flashes you may want to skip this hotel in the warmer months as there isn't A/C. They do provide you with a fan, and a window that opens a little. In my case a window next to fragrant garbage. Lucky me!!! Bless room 160. Still, the hotel is near transport links, and restaurants."

"Just spent nearly a week at the Copthorne Tara. Room was a bit shabby and dated ( although I don’t care about the latter), but clean. And for what I paid, the size of the room was great, and it was just a standard double. Staff helpful. Excellent location near the High Street Kensington Tube stop, and Hyde Park-Kensington Gardens, which is important to me because I love wandering through that park."
