Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. When nearby guests blasted loud music while I was unwell, the staff refused to intervene and told me to handle it myself. After I politely asked the guests to turn it down, they began mocking us and making pig noises — it was humiliating and made us feel unsafe. The staff’s indifference and lack of support only made things worse. Overall, the atmosphere felt very unwelcoming toward tourists, and I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

2nd stay with kids

This is my 2nd stay with kids here. Staffs all are friendly & keep smiling. Breakfast choices not much but is changing daily the menu while my 4 days stay here. The only problem facing was we still found mosquito inside the room although the mosquito repellent (electric) is always ON in the room. Overall is good & will come back again. Keep it up, team.

Property is not of hotel standard but the cleanliness and basic things in the room like towels are not dry and crisp, discoloured from overuse and stains visible on the towels. Toilet provided toiletries that were half used and still wet on the tray it sat on. The bath area got stuck with water after 2 nights which we managed to resolve after removing the lid over the drain. My youngest daughter got burnt from the steaming hot water that was flowing out of the shower. Not sure why the water was so hot, could be coz we were at the end of the rooms where the water straight from the heater dispense from. Buffet breakfast did not start on time at 7.30am and the food were not warmed up for the arrival of the guests. Eventually we only got to sit and eat at 7.45am. One of the bread had mould on it. It was horrendous. It is not a hotel but a motel and the photos of the villa were deceiving. It was definitely disappointing.

Wir sind eine deutsche Familie und haben 10 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Leider sind die Türen der einzelnen Zimmer so hellhörig, dass man alles aus dem Flur hört. Wir sind regelmäßig in der Nacht wach geworden, wenn Nachbarn sich unterhalten haben. Hinzu kommt noch, dass das Hotel neben einer Moschee liegt und pünktlich um 6 Uhr morgends das Gebet über die Lautsprecher losgeht - die Nacht ist rum. Das Hotel hat ein Buffet, wenn genügen Gäste das Hotel bewohnen. Das Buffet ist sehr gut. Wenn es nur wenige Hotelgäste beherbergt, gibt es ein Frühstück von der Karte, welches wir überhaupt nicht gut fanden. Die Auswahl ist schlecht und meistens alles kalt serviert bekommen. Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel, aufgrund des guten Preises trotzdem empfehlen. Es ist eine günstige Alternative, bei längeren Aufenthalten in Langkawi. Zuletzt ist noch zu sagen, dass der Pool sehr sauber und schön ist.

The pool on door step; however we not able to stay as fully booked. The soundproof are not there can hear kids play around, limited breakfast choices but we are still feel grateful since the accommodation cost is acceptable

It seems the rooms that are facing the pool look nice. How ever the step down from those rooms are not worth booking. They have no windows or natural light. We were in a room opposite the kitchen the 1st morning we were woken at 6am by staff and kitchen noise. The noise continued for about 90mins while breakfast prep was happening. The room location was not ideal. We got moved a room further down but the noise remained. As for the room, the size was good and beds are large, but the linen is tired and noticeably stained. The pillows were also very hard. And there was not top/flat sheet. The towels too were pretty poor quality. The property is also very close to a mosque so at 6am there is very loud prayers over a speaker. So not really a relaxing or restful morning. The pool is great and kept clean and well maintained but only a few loungers to use. Breakfast was average. I’d suggest eating at 7.30 when it starts otherwise the food just sits there and seems to dry out. Staff were pleasant and check in/out process was good. It’s about a 15min walk to the beach, or grab cars are easily accessible too.

星がたくさんあるホテルと違い、ホテルで楽しもうと思わなければ十分です。 朝食のビュッフェは豪華ではないですが、パン、チャーハン(ナシレマ)、インドカレー、麺、マレー系・中華系やオムレツなどのおかずがあり、朝食としては十分でした。尚、卵料理の調理カウンターはありませんでした。 部屋は、簡素なインテリアですが、十分広く(30-40平米)、子供用に床にベッドマットを追加で置いてくれたので、そこでゴロゴロできました。 プールアクセスの部屋に泊まりましたが、プールは大きくないですが、利用者が少ないので十分遊べました。 海岸やお店が並ぶところまで、ローカルな感じの道路を10分くらい歩く必要があるので、小さいお子様連れはGrabタクシーなどの利用をお勧めします。スマホで簡単に呼ぶことができ、6RM(150円)、5分くらいで繁華街やビーチまで送ってくれます。 徒歩の場合は、他のホテルの敷地を抜けるショートカットをすると、半分くらいの時間で大きなDFS(ZON)やパンタイチェナンビーチに着きます。 ビーチや外で食事を楽しむ旅行であれば、リーズナブルなホテルだと思います。

Sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä rantoja mutta kuitenkin sen verran etäällä, ettei liikenteen äänet tai muut äänet kuuluneet huoneeseen. Huoneet olivat siistit, ja siivous oli joka päivä. Aamupala vaihtui joka aamu, tarjolla oli Aasialaiseen tapaan lämmintä ruokaa, mutta onneksi myös leipiä hedelmiä tms. Henkilökunta oli mukava ja avulias.

Their breakfast selection and taste was so so only. Have a unpleasant experience during my last night of stay, no water supply due to piping issue. Although they provide another room’s key for us to use the toilet, but that’s very inconvenient for me and my family members (with old folks and kids)
