「Staff was not helpful. My reserved room was a king sized bed and large room. I was instead given a tiny room with a twin sized bed that had a very thin coil spring mattress. The springs were not cushioned making the night quite uncomfortable with the springs poking through. I've not slept on a coil spring mattress like that for more than 50 years. The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose, the shower head was partially plugged, and the carpet appeared to not have been vacuumed for some...
