The space
This is a private unit situated on the 4th floor, easily accessible by elevator, with a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan dining and lounge area. Boasting a sea view, guests can enjoy the balcony while having their morning coffee or watching a sunset.

Parking and access
This apartment provides secure open and basement parking bays, with onsite amenities including a self-service laundromat, GET JUICED Juice Bar, Butcher and Ice, Safari Bush Boutique Gift shop, Planet Nails and Self-Wellness & Aesthetics Salon.

Neighbourhood
Langebaan waters offer the best of two. Lagoon flat waters, shallow and clear enough to walk or swim, or ocean crashing waves if that is your preference.
You’re a leisurely stroll away from two shopping centres, where convenience meets coastal charm, with a lively mix of retail stores and dining options. Not in the mood for a stroll - catch a tuk-tuk and make your shopping an adventure.

In addition to utilising the fully-equipped self-catering facilities in the apartment, we invite guests to discover places to dine in Langebaan, indulge in delicious cuisine, while taking in the beauty of the West Coast and its unique twist on Mediterranean hospitality.

Club Mykonos Resort and Casino is an easy 10min walk, or 3min drive.
Marc's Beach Bar, Boesmanland and Thobans Chefs is located on the Mykonos beachfront, giving you the ultimate "on holiday" feel.

By the Waterfront you can enjoy the lively and vibrant Dockside Café, Cape Town Fish Market and Kapstadt Brauhaus.

Have fun on the Skypark, Zipline obstacle course and Quad biking. While the kids enjoy The Children’s Clubhouse – Adults can unwind at the Health & Leisure Centre / Padel and Pickelball, or try their luck at the Casino.
There is also a Carnival happening on weekends and during school holidays.

Die Watergat is a local favourite. Situated in the heart of Langebaan is where good food, great music and unforgettable memories come together. Your go-to hotspot for a great weekend vibe on the West Coast. They serve Portuguese-inspired dishes and legendary ribs.

Huskies is on the busy strip towards the Lagoon. Their menu includes a variety of home-made pizzas, pastas and burgers.

RocXiBeach is located on the Lagoon's Main Beach. Here they offer excellent culinary dishes and a hip & upbeat atmosphere.

Pearlys is a local landmark and situated on the main beach overlooking the lagoon. They specialise in sea food & grills, pizza, pasta dishes, cocktails and stunning sunsets.

Friday Island Restaurant caters for breakfasts, lunch and dinner, with unbeatable views and a laid-back West Coast feel.

Kokomo's, right on the beach, offers panoramic views of the lagoon and the vast Atlantic. They offer a full a-la-carte menu.

Wunderbar is a rooftop venue with an unspoiled view of the lagoon. The menu offers a variety of flammkuchen, wraps, burgers, milkshakes, raw juices, smoothies and artisan cocktails. Here you can enjoy a great coffee, refreshing beer or a good glass of wine.

Langebaan is a premier South African destination for wind-driven water sports, particularly kitesurfing, windsurfing, and wing foiling. It offers consistent, beginner-friendly waves (2ft+) and is a popular spot for SUP and surfing lessons.
Whether you're a novice or a pro, the clear waters of the Lagoon make it the perfect location for these various water sports and also including sailing, kayaking, fishing, fishing charters, scuba diving, snorkelling, jetskiing, Rubberduck, or sundowners on a yacht cruise.

A vital ingredient to the successful smooth operations of any vessel, whether charter or private, is well trained crew. In order to obtain a crew position on deck – this course will put you ahead of the game.

Fancy a game of golf? The Langebaan Country Estate’s beautifully maintained course bears testament to South African golf legend Gary Player. Add amazing natural rock formations, a large water feature to divide the fairways, a colourful carpet of natural wild flowers, abundant bird life and a variety of buck species. You’re guaranteed a great round of golf, regardless of your score.


Neighbouring the town of Langebaan, attend a live show at Die Koelkamers Theatre in Paternoster, one of the oldest fishing villages on the West Coast of South Africa. See the wild life on a game drive with Buffelsfontein Game & Nature Reserve or Thali Thali Game Lodge.
