"Very kind staff!"

"The staff were very nice, helpful and kind. The hotel rooms were nice however their was no coffee/tea making facilities. "

"There was a smell of tires and gasoline because the hotel is above a bus deport. I felt very sick and dizzy the entire time. I had to keep the window open so I could breath. Felt like I was suffocating and had headaches the entire time. Locations terrible and is a health and safety issue. I could not sleep because of the noise from the traffic, but I could not breath so I didn’t have much of a choice. You can hear the noise in the hallway, likely because this was previously an office building. Breakfast was horrible. I would have change hotels but could find anything last minute. I’m also pregnant and am worried about how the air quality may have impacted the baby."

"Nice and clean property. Just steps to Pilatus bahn ride. And to Alpnachstad PB station. "

"It was perfect, clean, practical and stunning views all around. Host was communicative, and there is a little grocery store súper close with staples, we were able to make our own food. The gondola ride to kids park was awesome and its a neat and picturesque destination."

"We had a wonderful stay. The best of our trip so far. Communication, cleanliness and location was perfect. Highly recommend."
