With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The property features a full kitchen, a downstairs bar, and a cozy living area equipped with a fine HDTV for your entertainment.



Located right on the shore of Lake Lanier, this retreat offers easy access to outdoor activities. Enjoy an evening stroll along the lake or hop into a kayak to explore the tranquil waters. The entire retreat is for your private use, ensuring a peaceful getaway with an easy self-check-in process.

We have lake amenities that are available for rent. Daily rental pricing per item:



2 Single Kayak - $35 per Kayak

1 Paddle Board - $10

PLEASE NOTE:

We love hosting furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee applies. To help us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please share the number of pets you’re bringing along, as well as their breed and weight, before booking. We’re happy to consider your request and will get back to you promptly with approval.



We engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc.



The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.



Reminder: If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.



There is a camera monitoring the parking area.



The driveway is shared with another rental property, please park in the parking space by the retreat. The top of the driveway can accommodate all of your vehicles for your stay.
