"We had a beautiful view and the rooms were very nice and clean. The pool was out of order unfortunately. It would be nice if there was a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. But overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be staying again!"

"First of all, I will totally stay here again. The place was fine for a cheap bed. That said, you get what you pay for. There was some mildew in the shower. A few spots that could have used some sheet rock repair. The carpets were ... interesting. There beds were pretty firm and the light pollution through the windows was lit the whole room up. But what I wanted was a clean bed in a decent neighborhood. I don't know too much about the neighborhood, but it seemed fine to me (small town). And you can't easily beat the price. So yeah, I'd recommend. If you're picky and are put off by every little flaw - maybe it's not for you."

"Highly recommend for a trip to Lake Barkley. House was excellent and had everything we needed - plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Location to Moon River Marina was great and easy to rent a pontoon and dock it at the house. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. Would definitely come back and stay here again."
