「The sheets and pillowcases had numerous stray hairs all over them. I had to remove and wash before using the bed. The wash cloths and towels were very dingy and spotted. The curtain rod in the bedroom had fallen so anyone could see into the bedroom the first night. Then without any communication it was fixed by the time we got back. Someone had entered the property without notice.」

「The house was historic with some of the same character. My room was small with an attached bathroom that may have been a closet before. I believe there were six rooms. Parking is easy neighborhoods is quite.Dining room has four or five tables. Only one bedroom on first floor. I would stay there again.」

「Area is close to downtown with about a 20 min walk to Convention Center. Great feature was the parking on site and the full kitchen.」

「Enjoyed my stay. I stayed in the Terrace Room which was very clean, and had a nice amount of space with a loveseat, chair and rocking chair. Small soaps are provided, and water pressure in the shower is amazing. I really enjoyed the breakfast provided on the weekend. The staff cooking breakfast was very sweet and accommodating. It would be nice if the TV was on a swivel as it's current angle it's hard to watch from the bed, but you can sit in the loveseat to watch it. I would stay here...

「The apartment was clean, kitchen seemed minimally supplied but was ok for us as we didn’t plan to cook. It was right next to the hospital so it would be a good place to stay if you need close access to that facility. Hospital noise was not noticeable during our stay. The air conditioner unit in the main area did not work on a 90 degree day, which we didn’t realize until we got back from our event at 1030 pm. Thankfully the bedroom unit did. No hand soap in the bathroom. I did not receive check...

「I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. The floors were sticky and dirty, there was hair throughout the unit, including on the bed, stains on the towels, residue on the shower curtain, and items left behind in the washer. We ended up having to clean the apartment ourselves just to make it comfortable enough to stay in.What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication.
