From the apartment you can start various activities such as golfing, hiking, Nordic walking or mountain biking. For hiking tours you can reach a bus stop in 11 minutes by foot (900 m) or you can make further excursions by car, such as to Trautmannsdorff Castle/Castel Trauttmansdorff (9 minutes by car, 7,5 km), to the thermal baths of Merano (13 minutes by car, 11,5 km).
