I was quite impressed by how clean everything was - clean and nice showers/toilets etc. Pods are actually quite cosy, for one night was absolutely fine! However, I had a faulty light system in my room which meant a light stayed on all night and no response from staff... tried to contact the team through their whatsapp and no response. I also thought charging £1.50 for a cup of hot water/tea was a bit much (a kettle would be nice, I understand charging for coffees out the machine but access to hot water would be a nice touch!). Otherwise, I enjoyed it, would return again and would recommend it for the price!
