"Firstly, this property was very clean. Access was easy and the house and kitchen is very well equipped. It is also quiet and secluded. Good parking & the communication with the hosts is good. However, the photos are misleading. I imagine many people would book it for the garden and it is much smaller than the photos suggest. It is actually a small garden. Also, the grass is fake. "L'accueil de Régis et d'Évelyne est chaleureux . En plus ils sont très à l'écoute de vos besoins pendant le séjour. Ce qui est agréable c'est qu'ils sont là si vous avez besoin mais néanmoins sont très discrets. Le logement est propre et bien agencé. Il y a un grand canapé ce qui est convivial et partout des baies vitrées . Certaines donnent sur des arbres . on a l'impression d'être dans la nature.En résumé, c'est une agréable découverte et je reviendrai avec plaisir"

"Very congenial and helpful staff, especially Georgia who checked us in. Location is very convenient to good restaurants; e.g., Le Bretagne Bistro right next door, and reasonably quiet. The breakfast is superb - a variety of pastries, baked goods including crepes, sliced meats, and eggs which one can boil to one's own liking. While there is no refrigerator in the room, unlimited free filtered water is available in the lobby, and ice is available upon request. There is air conditioning in the room, which is quite rare in lodging in Brittany - a major reason we chose this hotel because of a scorching heat wave. Shower pressure was strong with hot water. Overall excellent."
