"New build hotel with small pool, large rooms, equipped kitchen and huge bed! Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. Location is around 10-15 mins walk to lamai beach but lots of food places around.

"We would not recommend this to others. We started out with a bed cover missing for one of the duvets when we arrived, batteries for the remote control to work and other things. There was one roll of toilet paper and when we wrote we needed more, the comment was inappropriate. The area was among bars and discos and very deserted.
