Beautiful character house overlooking Le Lot. Riverside location with slip.

Forget your worries and relax in this spacious and serene space.
Set in the medieval village of Savanac, with its own Palace.

Amazing views of Lot River, sit on the large terrace watching the boats go by or enjoy paddleboard, canoeing, fishing and swimming on your doorstep.

Its only 2 km to Lamagdelaine with a fantastic Boulangerie, Butcher & Grocer and Bar/Restaurant.


You also have the main town of Cahors 7km, with an abundance of restaurants, museums, boutique shops and amazing Pont Valentre!

So many beautiful villages surround us like St Cirq la Popie, Cabrerets, Vers, Bouzies just to name a few.

The Dordogne is our neighbour, where there are waterparks & caves for you to explore.
