"The resort is quite well maintained and staff members are very friendly and helpful. We have chosen Phuket as one of our must-go places for vacation for the last decade and the resort is almost the best one to stay. Nevertheless, there are nitty gritty things that should be attended to so as to make it a perfect place. The shower room drainage system is bad and always floods beyond the room (I did read some reviews talking about this showing not much efforts made in this regard). In addition, the mat at the center of the living room has been not serviceable as the edges and corners of the mat were curled up that would easy cause trip-off (I was staying at Ocean View Loft). Apart from these, it was definitely a pleasant place to stay with. "

Our expectations were far exceeded by the location, the wonderful staff, comfortable accommodation, and the surrounding nature, not to mention, the resorts location on the beautiful beach. "It's a unique property where the rainforest meets the beach. The swimming pools are awesome and the resort is expansive. They have a fantastic spa also. Enjoyed our stay here and strolls along the beach."
