「This is a charming and elegant facility with a friendly, helpful proprietor who went out of his way to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. A couple with two to four children would feel like a royal family here. Low-to-the-floor beds and lack of adequate storage space were a bit awkward for two older ladies in what would be the children's room. All in all, a delightful experience.」

Schon beim Ankommen spürt man, wie viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail in diesem wunderschönen Zuhause steckt – alles ist so geschmackvoll, warm und mit einem tollen Gespür für Ästhetik gestaltet. 「très bon accueuil,les propriétaires de souche anglaise parlent le français.chambre spacieuse et confortable à la déco stylée donnant sur la Dordogne'(un petit reproche cependant il faudrait mettre des rideaux occultants à la fenêtre car la nuit les phares de voitures projètent leur lumière et sont gênants).petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au soleil raffiné et copieux,serviavec rafinement bref je recommande」

「Imagine two of your favourite friends opening a beautiful small hotel with perfect amenities in a memorable setting and that might begin to approach Aux Bories Marquay. Five stars do not do it justice. It is now my favourite vacation experience ever. The hosts are kind, gracious and thoughtful. Breakfast is perfect in every way. The memory of breakfast in the courtyard will sustain me through the cold Canadian winter. We look forward to returning next year. 」
