Lakeview Golf Course

No one served our room with clean towels for the three days while we were staying there. There was no coffee, condiments, and no one came to refill. Our washing machine was broken. They left only one dishwasher cleaning tab when we checked . There was construction on the balconies which we were informed of. But it was very noisy through the whole building. The hotel is tired and needs some updating.

Dirty room. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, there was dust caked on the drinking glasses and pubic hair on the floor. Toothpaste on the counter. Hairs on the bed. The Kleenex dispenser fell off the wall in the middle of the night and woke us up freaked out. It was literally just taped to the wall. The property is very low quality, all the finishings and materials. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the air in the room for some reason made all of our belongings feel damp, even with the a/c on. Essentially it’s posing as a luxury hotel with luxury prices but it’s cheap quality and not clean.
