「The place had a substitute cleaner we learned after calling the owner so some grace has to be given. The home really smelled up on check-in, freezer had spilled food in it, cupboards had spills down them. They sent a cleaner in the next morning. The main issue I had was a charge to me for a repair that should never have been necessary had the correct steps been taken to secure a ship's captains wheel to the wall over the kitchen table with more than hooking it over one drywall screw. 「Our stay was perfect. The house was very clean and organized. Although we didn’t have a chance to cook there but it seems the place has all the things you need in the kitchen.The things they have are of high quality. Our small dog enjoy roaming around the house.」

「We actually live in Coos Bay and rented the house for my baby shower and to have a baby moon before our sweet baby 4 arrives! It was perfect for our needs. Parking is limited but having my husband run a shuttle from Bastendorff campground was easy enough! The ocean views of this home are breathtaking, location is awesome, views of the lighthouse were a lovely touch, our kiddos loved the garage setup with ping pong table/toys/etc., and they also loved exploring the beautiful outdoor gazebo area....

「We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, secluded, and truly unique with amazing views. The home was very clean, fit our group comfortably, and was perfectly located close to the dunes. We had a great time celebrating a friend’s birthday here. Our dogs loved the area, and the cute pet-friendly vibe was a huge plus. Communication with the host was top notch. Highly recommend!」
