Cozy and lakefront cabin on Rainbow lake, large fenced deck and 2 grills!!!

Enjoy the best and most unforgettable vacation with your family or friends, or take a romantic getaway with your loved one in this cozy and beautiful lakeside cabin. Come and have fun any time of year summer, winter, spring and fall (in fall, you are going to see many leaves falling from the trees, it’s the season!). On the dock, you can park your own boat, feed the ducks, or fish from there. We provide free kayaks, and a paddle board to guests at the cabin. In addition, we have life jackets for all sizes, tennis rackets, and pickleball paddles for you to enjoy on the tennis and basketball courts located just steps from the house. In the lake, there are a variety of fish, including carp, trout, catfish, bass, and pike. You also have the option of visiting Sunrise Ski Resort 45 minutes away, for skiing or snow sports. The cabin has the largest deck that you've ever seen. Half of it is covered and the other half is open-air. We have 2 BBQs on the patio and a dining area for 6-8 people, a fireplace. The patio has furniture where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the view of the lake with your companions, appreciating the wildlife around the cabin, or enjoying the soothing sound of birds. We are located in a gated community. It's very quiet and very close to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, etc. The deck is fenced for safety of children and pets. There are three access gates: one leading to the street, and two leading to the lake.

We apply a 10% discount if you book for more than 7 days and a 15% discount if you book for more than 28 days.

The HOA has been very strict. Please use this house for vacations and not for parties, loud noise, or adding more people to your reservation; only the number allowed by the host. This cabin has been our second home, our summer home. Our children enjoyed the peaceful outdoors. I hope you enjoy it too and take care of this place as if it were your own. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need to offer you the best rest and vacation.

New Years Stay

I went with my family for New Years and the place was just perfect for our family. The location is great, close to restaurants, ski shop and supermarket. Also not too far from ski resort. The size of the cabin is great and we also enjoyed the patio and chimney. Any questions we had during our stay were promptly responded in the app.

I love this place.

I loved this place so much that I want to rent it again. Everything was very clean. We found some coffee cups and honey to sweeten the coffee. Vanessa was very friendly and always answered messages on time. The community is very nice, it has a tennis court, pickle ball, and basketball court. And of course, the wonderful view of the lake. It was very cozy, quiet, and beautiful place.

Great house, location and amenities

We stayed here for 2 nights with our two teens and another family. The four bedrooms were perfect for the nine of us. The house is in a perfect location on the lake and the kayaks were so nice to have. We loved having dinner on the patio and enjoying cool evenings outside. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely book this stay again!

Great Place

Great Place with fun for the whole family. Enjoyed hanging out on the deck and fishing on the pier. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome experience, enjoyed every minute of it.

Nice Property for a fun getaway !!

Nice clean with plenty of rooms. Although fishing on the deck was poor but we did enjoy the use of kayaks and paddle board. We do recommend this property and plan to return in the future.

Our “go to” place in the White Mountains

My family was absolutely blessed with our second stay here. It says a lot when everyone asks if next year we can spend a whole week! The host and the property manager care about the home AND about the guests wanting each stay to be comfortable and trouble free. If you are Looking for a beautiful lakefront property that is perfect for a family, this is the place.

Ok, not great

Check in was easy. Host is slow at responding. Landscaping not well maintained with weeds in front yard and rear landscaping lights broken and not working. Upstairs toilet ran all day and night, interior fireplace didn’t work and the large built in grill still isn’t working. This was our second stay here.

Amazingly comfortable stay for me and my family

It was an amazing experience from beginning to end! Host was extremely communicative from start to finish. The cabin was very clean and deck and dock were both brand new. Loved walking around the neighborhood in the morning as the sun rose. Also the back deck was wonderful at night as well as we used the lighting and the cornhole set to our advantage! :)

Nice stay could use some updates

The stay is very convenient with a dock and kayak and paddle boat, the neighborhood is really nice as everyone waves as they drive by. It is also very peaceful and quiet. Fishing isn't far at all. The home has a couple needed updates we incurred a couple items in which I messaged the property owner and didn't hear back. However, still a good stay overall

We have stayed on Rainbow Lake before and it never disappoints. It is a short trip from the Valley and this property is on the lake, with a dock. Even in March we were able to fish and enjoy the outside patio. Plenty of room for everyone, had everything we needed and we got the right amount of snow - got to see it and then it disappeared. Had a great time. We are booked for the summer and look forward to kayaking and fishing. Thank you Shannon!

Things

Washer had dirty rug full of water, and sink had dirty standing water. Broken gate to dock would not open. Ants in the house. No dish rags, only 2 wash rags. Fan in bedroom upstairs didn’t work. But maintenance man Jose was good.

Paradise!

Paradise! This cabin is absolutely beautiful and the deck breathtaking. I've been staying at different cabins in this community for years and this is my absolute favorite. It has everything you need and more. From spacious rooms to kitchen utensils. The property is very well taken care of and is astonishing. The pictures don't do this place justice. I was very happily surprised at the lack of bugs for being right on the lake. Having the availabilities to 5 kayaks was so perfect so we did not have to bring ours. I will definitely be staying here again, and I will be referring all my friends to this little piece of heaven. The host was so nice and helpful. Thank you to the owner for sharing your marvelous property and allowing us to create wonderful memories.
