"After searching all rental platforms, I finally came across this getaway perfectly located for my trip. The entire lower level was designed with renters in mind. The bed & futon were super comfy and the entire place was spotless. Check in was super easy and Hannah the host was quick to respond and provide helpful tips to getting around town to find things to do and places to eat/grab coffee. Tons of restaurants and shopping just a mile away and just a 15 minute drive to Broadway. If I come back to Denver, I’d check back here to see if this rental is available! Comfy and cozy and overall a great place to stay. Great host! "

"This is an older, bare bones, hotel. Absolute minimum ammenities: no coffee in room or in lobby, one thin blanket, no cups, or water, thin, thread-bare towels, common areas are run-down. Staff answered questions grudgingly but showed no interest in assisting or ensuring that we had what we needed."

"I booked this location because it got decent reviews and was close to where I was working, but it was pretty sketchy. There were definitely some very questionable activities going down at all times in the parking lot. Stains in the shower, barely any sheets, you could hear everything through the walls, and the lock on my door was flimsy. I didn’t feel safe walking to the restaurant next door in broad daylight. I won’t be staying here again. "
