Yes, staff are helpful and the apartment is clean and well facilitated and suits for what we need. We had a very good time staying.

The main issue was the bed . Was very hard mattress . Very uncomfortable. Other issues for you're maintenance is water leak from outside gutter above front door. Shower taps need finishing off and sealed by plumber. Door handle from room to laundry needs small attention. Last of all the exhaust fan above Shower blocked. Cover needs cleaning. The bed is the main problem. Thanks.

We had arranged a late check out at 11 am. The cleaning guy came at 10.30 am and said we GET OUT in 5 minutes. When we tried to explain him that we have late check out till 11 am, he became abusive, loud with harassment behaviour and wild.
We left as quick as possible because he looked dangerous. We are big travelers and we have never experienced such a harsh incident. It was very traumatic experience and wouldn’t like any one to go through this. We rang the company and explained what just happened and they said it will be taken to the higher management and will update us. Will be waiting to hear back.
