The cottage was clean, had a hairdryer in the bathroom, coffee, towels & wash cloths, sheets, condiments, dish liquid, broom, vacuum cleaner, A.C., lotion , hand soap, front porch with rocking chairs, comfortable beds, etc... just like home. The hostess was exceptional. Enjoyed!"

"Neat little cabin in the woods but convenient to town. Really enjoyed sitting on porch. Being 73 years old sleeping upstairs with the bathroom downstairs was a little challenging at night. Had a little problem with the door lock but Tad took care of it quickly. If I had to complain it was that the entry could have been swept and cleaned up a little better. Enjoyed our trip to Helen and surrounding area. Thanks."

"Wonderful, relaxing. Owners warm and welcoming. Fresh, homemade pound cake and sprigs of fresh flowers and greenery adorned the cottage upon our arrival. The ever-changing mountains shouted out in majestic glory splashing her radiance upon our front porch view. A waterfall trailed peacefully behind the cottage with a swing that beckoned one to sit awhile. Location great for diverse activities: hiking, sightseeing, shopping, zip line. "We enjoyed the home - it had several nice aspects. Very clean, good kitchen, the king bed was super-comfortable, and the many options in lighting and ceiling fans was appreciated. The screened porch overlooking the forest with the sound of the river in the background was wonderful – well furnished with rockers, tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, without bugs! The creek access is down a steep grade through the trees, with flights of wooden steps, but neither up nor down was more than any...

"This was the fourth time staying here at the bingalows and once again we had a wonderful time. Great communication with the owners, they were right there to help us with a TV issue, thanks Cindy and Scott.
