Retreat from this property advertisement and never come back
Plain and simple, false advertising!!! The flooring is falling apart and coming separated from one another, the outside is not well kept and dirty, the dishwasher isn’t even mounted to the cabinets or the counter top! The whole thing moved when I went to open the door to it! The ceiling is falling apart in the hallway and the bathroom has the paint peeling/chipping away from the walls. The ceiling fan light did not work in one of the rooms. The furniture there is not what’s in the picture, nor is the stove or dishwasher. There were no instructions inside the residence. The only good things was the bed to sleep on, the AC was cold and there was a roof over our heads. This rental is not in the greatest area of town, near a gas station with many wandering people that I checked multiple times to make sure my vehicle was locked. This is no long term Tiger town retreat. You should retreat away from this ad and look elsewhere!
