「We love Chico Bay & the owners! This was our third time booking Chico Bay and we will be back again. The Penthouse Suite has the best views! We could sit on the deck all day & night watching the wildlife. There is nothing the owners did not think of to make us feel at home. From the eggs, oj & Prosecco in the refrigerator to the blankets for outside on a chilly evening, the book full of recommendations of places to eat, visit and explore.... We look forward to our time in Washington every year...

「It was immaculately clean, and a very nice sized unit for a full one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and full-size laundry Was the perfect place for my dog and I to stay for our four days in Tacoma while visiting family and walking on the waterfront The host was extremely easy to communicate with and very clear on property rules and how to access amenities We’ll definitely stay here again on a return trip」

「Not clean, poorly maintained, broken furniture, electrical problem (host call back 3 days after voice message was left). Constant water leak from refrigerator. Carpet in bedroom, which was pulled from the tack strip at door. All floors very dirty. General cleaning was poor.」
