「At first, seemed an ideal property. It wasn't. Arrived to the property about 9pm after a long day. Tried the door code. It didn't work. Attempted multiple times, before contacting the unit hosts. They never shared a phone number, so waiting for message to go through, on the worst internet connection we have seen since 2010. Finally get a message stating since this is a costal area the door sticks, so to rock the door while the code is making noise... husband tried 4 times before the broken lock...

「This was the worst place I ever rented. BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help. Now we’re fighting to get our money back we left and booked a hotel I wouldn’t even feel safe letting my dogs stay there. No contact since I requested a refund. 」

「Unfortunately, this property was totally unacceptable and we had to move out after one day. We had selected it because it said there was a washer/dryer--in the past, that has always meant in the unit (and we have rented many). The washer/dryer were in a dirty shed in the backyard that required payment. The rental unit itself was incredibly noisy--it faces a busy street and the AC units were deafening. We hardly slept. 「I arrived and didn’t feel safe at this place. I was under the impression it was a house and instead it was a condo shared with multiple people. When we arrived there were people in the backyard smoking. When we walked in the house it smelt of marijuana. We immediately contacted the owner saying we couldn’t stay there and we didn’t feel safe.
