Located in the private neighborhood of Westgate River Ranch Resort and Rodeo, the Resort is accessible by golf cart, bicycle or walking! This house offers 3 bedroom, 2 baths and an enclosed porch with water views! The master has a King bed and is en-suite with a spacious bathroom, double sink vanity and tub/shower combo.

The two guest rooms have Queen beds and bunk beds. This home accommodates 8 people very comfortably! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and all cookware you will need. There is also a full size indoor laundry room. There is additional parking next door for trailers and vehicles.

The garage is set up as a game room with a kitchenette and a half bath and is the perfect place for fun at home! The screened lanai off of the living area and kitchen offers plenty of seating for outdoor dining while you enjoy no rear neighbors and water views!
There are restaurants on Westgate property as well as a General Store, a live Rodeo and many fun activities' for all ages! Walmart and other grocery stores are located in Lake Wales.

If you plan to RIDE ATVs at River Ranch POA, this home is located a few miles up the road for easy access to and from the property! Bring your SXS and ATV! (must be an owner or guest of owner to ride ATVs)
