「I meed to start with the "accessibility" of the acessables. Roll in shower :great . But the beds are extremely high and a true handicap person, in a wheelchair cannot possibly get into those beds. Lower the beds off of those pedestals ...staff was great and helpful breakfasts were adequate and good. But those high beds......the downfall.」

Pillows were like a rock. Only offered one wash cloth and two bath towels for 3 people. Did not offer amenities at all.
