"PERFECT STAY!! Everything was clean, the condo was in a great location, and the views were incredible!! From star gazing to watching the waterfall I was blown away by the view! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again! The Mexican restaurant next door is wonderful, and the Panther House Cafe down the road is great for breakfast and lunch! "PROS: Desk staff was courteous/ friendly; Convenient location to Sylva; Quiet; Plenty of outlets in room CONS: Dirty bathroom floor (had a lot of hair from previous occupants - uncertain if pet or human); Holes in linens on bed; Bed mattress was in terrible condition (far too soft, due to long-term use - on one side there was a permanent indentation, which made sleep difficult and uncomfortable) NO INFO: Breakfast, because we did not eat Overall I would not go again. The bathroom floor clearly had not been swept well or at all, which made us wonder how much had actually been cleaned. The mattress, though, was the absolute worst we have ever slept on. We are still stiff and sore after two nights of sleeping on it. There is no excuse for a mattress that is so worn down it has giant, deep indentations where someone is sleeping. Unacceptable."

"Parking was right next to my room. There is construction going on next to the hotel; however it had no impact on my stay. Very quiet. This was for a conference at Lake Junaluska. Reasonable rate, considering what it would have cost to stay at the lake. Took about 10-15 minutes to get to the lake each day."
