「Clean Facility」

「Never get worse than this place. The hotel staff did not do anything, despite the fact that the room next door was full of noise, with teenagers fooling around late into the night, filling the hallway and my room with the smell of alcohol and marijuana. Finally, after midnight, I was given another room, but the staff didn't even help me moving out my luggage to another room. The next morning I complained about it, but they only gave me a 15% discount and did not even apologize. I was furious and...

「We mostly enjoyed our stay at Bear Mountain. Respectfully, The Overlook Lodge is closer to a roadside motel than a Lodge. There’s no staff on site or elevators, so fair warning if you have a lot of stuff with you and staying on the 2nd floor. This is probably a little nitpicky, but the lighting is so cold and it feels like a hospital in all of the common areas and the rooms. It would help a lot to consider replacing light bulbs with a warmer color temperature (like 2700k). Otherwise, the...

「We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!」

「Stayed here many time great place great staff」

「Pet friendly」

「Dominion House, while providing every modern amenity, allows its guests to take a step back in time and truly relax. The grounds are lovely (we were there in the Fall), with friendly horses grazing nearby, and there is access to a trail to take a walk. The rooms and furniture (original to the family) are lovely and include a just-refurbished square piano in the living room, The second floor has a library with all genres of (mostly) old-school books, a treat to any reader. Guests have access...

「This property was beautiful!! Everything was clean and thoughtful, breakfast was homemade, with options from the staff. Staff were lovely, so friendly. Roy, the golden retriever was a cutie!! :)」

「Room was dirty, shower head and handle were broken. Coffee and on the go breakfast was terrible」

「Everything good」

「Please think that it's suitable for a price. To pay a little bit more would be much better.」
