"We booked a boys trip to do some fishing on Texoma and this property caught our eye. Multiple boat ramps within a few miles. Gas, pizza and a dollar general down the road are convenient. Pottsboro and Sherman aren't far if you need to shop or dine out. The shop house itself is great, nice layout, plenty of room and plenty of things to entertain everyone. After a day on the lake Its hard to beat sitting around the firepit enjoying a few beverages."
