Chic Cozy Country Cot

This cute little private cot is a single unit, which is part of a duplex home. It has it's own entrance and is a large 500 square foot efficiency layout with kitchenette (full fridge, sink, microwave, double burner). The unit has all the tools you will need to make and eat a meal. You also have a queen size bed and standard washer and dryer. There is a large 43" screen TV with Roku, where you can use Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube or other accounts; there is wifi, but no cable. Open the door and find your private patio where you can admire many varieties of birds.

Centrally located to numerous great fishing lakes and relatively close to Lake Okeechobee, the home is in the perfect location for boat owners or fisherman. Driveway has lots of room to bring your boat. We are also on a cul-de-sac, so there is not much traffic.

Location is great for race car enthusiasts as well, as the Sebring International Raceway is only 15 minutes away. Also close to several golf courses and Highlands Hammock State Park.

Please no smoking in the unit, but feel free to on the patio.

Very clean but mattress was old and worn out.

The property was clean but we had to leave after one night due to not being able to sleep in the bed. The mattress was worn out to the point that when you layed down you would sink down. It felt like being wrapped up like a burrito! We ended up having to get a hotel room which put a damper on our honeymoon.

Cozy and comfortable!

Enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for 2 people. It looked exactly as the photos showed. Very close to shopping for groceries and close to the race track. Nice area!

Simple Stay in good location

Great location in Lake Placid. Property manager was very accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra day. Clean and nice decor. Raechel left us a thank you note with a Dunkin Donut card to get some breakfast. A nice touch.

The place I stayed at was fantastic and had enough room to park my bass boat, but they also accommodated me with the electric to recharge my batteries overnight and the place is in a very secluded neighborhood and safe also located around several lakes I’ll be booking my next trip at the same place.

LIKED: Had coffee pot with filters, tea kettle, nice flower arrangement on table, comfortable couch, washer and dryer. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: bed was very soft, probably needs to be replaced. Needs towel rods in bathroom, deep shower where you had to go in to turn it on and got blasted then with cold water until it warmed up

Solitary Traveler on Business

Quite family neighborhood provided a sense of security. Private fenced outdoor area was appreciated. The efficiency is attached to the main living space with it's own private entrance. Noise was minimal. I was in town for work and prefer this type of accommodations over a hotel/motel. It is comfortable and has just enough kitchen utility to satisfy basic needs. Plenty of streaming channels. Big shower with reasonable pressure. Well water so it does have a slight odor. Bed is comfortable.

Chic Cozy Country Cottage - EXACTLY

Great use of space very clean and comfortable. During our VRBO travels we typically bring our own toiletries however ; Nice touch with providing coffee, shampoo and body wash for shower ;) Loved the sign in the bathroom 'sensitive pipes' We too have septic and definitely understand the consequences when incorrect items are flushed.

This was our first time staying in a place like this as we normally get a hotel. However, we were in town for the 12 hours of Sebring and every hotel was booked. This place took us by surprise! The host was phenomenal and very responsive and accommodating when we had car problems that put our check in time behind. Upon check in, she left us a handwritten welcome note and a few drinks in the refrigerator. The place was very clean, cozy and had all the amenities you would need for a stay! I loved the attention to detail and the small extras such as the note and the drinks. The linens were fresh and perfect. The cottage was in a great location and had a private, cute patio! Overall, i would definitely recommend this place and the host! This made our first non hotel experience amazing!!

Cute and just right 💕.

This little cottage was just really perfect for our week's stay. Everything was so clean. Rachael provides extras like soap, shampoo, iron, washer and dryer and detergent. The little kitchen area with microwave and coffee maker and full size refrigerator was perfect for us. We really loved it all and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!!☺

I was very comfortable , very peaceful clean well decorated I’ve stayed in many vrbo properties this ranks up near the top if I had 1 suggestion it would be to get a full size stove other than that I will definitely be returning to this property again thank you for the great hospitality
