"This house was perfect. It was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed. There were even drinks in the fridge and soaps in the shower to use. It is close to a lot of restaurants. It was a 10 min walk to the college. The couch was comfy enough that I took a nap one afternoon on it :) The area was quiet which we did appreciate. It was a wonderful weekend getaway. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you! "

"House is located on a corner lot with unobstructed views of Lake Morton across the street. Sipping coffee on the front porch watching the sunrise with all the swans and ducks was a highlight. The house was amply stocked and perfect for our family. There was even a little Christmas tree decorated in the living room. We loved the different sitting areas. We were walking distance to downtown historic Lakeland, and a very short drive to Southeastern University for graduation festivities. The house is also a short drive to Florida Southern University. Our family drove from different parts of FL so there was plenty of driveway and free street parking. You are walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop and an ice cream shop. Be aware that the third bedroom is a twin with a trundle only accessible through the master which was fine for us. Also, the bathrooms are only accessible through the bedrooms which was fine for a family. We would definitely stay here again. "
