「Second time to stay at property and it was ideal. Clean, comfortable and easy」

「I’ve rented this home twice and it exceeds expectations. Very well decorated, clean, comfortable beds, nice open fenced in backyard. What more do you need.」

「This property is advertised as an “oasis” and kid friendly with a gaming garage room and a large fenced in back yard. So, I brought my daughter and my two toddler grandsons with me for 8 days. The home is poorly cared for from the outside in. The yard is mostly sand and what I assumed to be gopher holes. The door lock worked well and the check in process was easy. Communication with the host was very prompt and comfortable. The home was cooled and somewhat quiet at night. Once inside, however,...

「We stayed at this home for a baseball tournament at the Boombah Sports Complex, which was only about 12 minutes away—an ideal location for our needs. The house was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our family of five. It’s also conveniently close to downtown Sanford, where we found plenty of great bars and restaurants to enjoy during our downtime. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would’ve needed.Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and...

「Everything was great, based on the event we were here for the house is a perfect spot.」

「Recently renovated. All new appliances. Location worked for us visiting family in Sanford.」

「The house is even nicer in person. Looks like a remodeled home that’s professionally decorated. Impeccably clean and organized. Very large backyard. Nice safe area. If you’re looking for something in that area, it’s a gem and my first choice.」

「House was exactly what we needed for our family. It was conveniently located and easy to check in and check out. The host was so helpful and responsive!」

「It is very close to the restaurant, shops and parks」

「Very clean room and quiet neighborhood, perfect for morning walks. Publix, CVS, Einstein Bagels is a very short distance away. Recommend Great Southern Box for Mexican, Cuban, pizza and burgers. This is perfect for solo travelers or couples who just want a place to sleep and shower while they’re out exploring the city.」

「Nice neighborhood. Host was great with communication. Value for stay was ok. Pool was on the smaller side, which was perfect with having kids with us. Dog friendly back yard. Backyard and pool area need spring cleaning done. Half of the patio chairs were not in useable condition. For longer stay, would have liked to see at least a few laundry pods to help with towel washing. Some minor cleaning grips with inside but home was overall clean. Plenty of food and shopping available in the area...

「Amazing backyard and great place for pets!」
