Great Location
We absolutely love this resort! I think it would be pretty hard not to enjoy your visit. I will say, the beds were probably the most comfortable beds we have ever had away from home. However, the check-in process was awful. We left work early, made special arrangements, to get there early enough to enjoy some of the activities on Friday night. When we got to our unit, the code wouldn’t work. There was no one we could talk to and no one would call us back. I Text and called the number on the listing several times. When the phone call was returned, she did apologize once but did not seem too sorry. We sat outside for over an hour trying to get into the unit. We missed the pool being open. Also, there were three bathrooms which was amazing, but no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. I took them over a day to respond and bring out soap for the bathrooms. I text the lady who finally gave us the code to get in but she would not respond. Overall we had a great time. There are just many other places on the property that we would choose before this one.
