~ Lakefront Home + Private Pickleball Court ~
What's better than staying on Lake Leelanau? Staying on the lake with your own private pickleball court. New court with an Action Floor System allows for hours of game time fun. Bring your own equipment or enjoy the use of ours, enough for several rounds of enjoyment.
After a game of pickleball, enjoy access to the lake with a boat rental or our kayak and row boat on site. Please reach out with any nautical questions about our beautiful Lake Leelanau including restaurants on the lake, popular sand bars or the best fishing holes. This home is best suited for pontoons or fishing boats. This home offers many amenities nearby such as beaches, shopping and restaurants along with wonderful wineries.
Inside the home, you'll find a large master suite with private bath and walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and the 3rd has a twin size bed. Additional sleeping can be found on the new sofa bed or inquire about an added twin bed. Large kitchen with island and solid surface countertops. Spacious outdoor yard and patio to relax. Enjoy the summer days in northern Michigan.
This home is situation in the narrows - which is the river that connects the north end of Lake Leelanau to the south end. The narrows is a no wake zone so it's a great spot to kayak or watch the passer byers all summer long. It's also the perfect spot to fish and bird watch. The property is a few short miles to Leland and Fish Town, Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor and Northport. Leelanau County offers beautiful beaches that stretch over Lake Michigan as well as our very own Lake Leelanau. Sleeping Bear dunes is not to be missed as well as the healthy amount of wineries and restaurants.

The “cottage” wasn’t lacking for any amenities…little extras you didn’t think you needed-they’re there. Everything was super clean and no bugs (always a bonus for me). We were so close to the everything too-perfect location. A little tricky getting the boat in and out but we managed.
A quiet lovely setting among the trees of the narrows of lake Leelanau. Attention to detail beyond expectations. Everything was clean and organized, beds comfortable and every amenity was thoughtful . Pickle ball court was a nice activity and easy walk into grocery and wineries. We were able to dock a pontoon boat which enabled us too enjoy the lake . Very comfortable for two couples and one child . Beautiful home !
Beautiful well maintained property! We loved our stay. Host was very responsive to questions. The only thing this property is missing is a washer and dryer.
The property was exactly as described and we had a great time using the pickleball court. The hosts even helped out two of my friends by jumping their car after a battery issue.
Would highly recommend a stay here.
Nice house on North Lake Leelanau. The location is great. It’s close to restaurants, wineries, shops and recreation options. The kitchen is the one of the best equipped we have had in a rental property. The two kyacks, two grills and the pickle ball court were much appreciated amenities. This property would be a perfect family rental if it had laundry facilities and air conditioning.
Amy's home is truly special - beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a great stay including a wonderful cook's kitchen. Not to mention the view of the water and the inviting backyard complete with hammocks and hang out areas. We have already recommended the house to family for next year. Thank you for a great stay!
This is a fantastic vacation rental! Amy is super easy to work with and very helpful with recommendations! The location couldn’t t be better. You are 2 mins from downtown Lake Leelenau, 10 mins from downtown Leland(Fishtown) and 10 mins from downtown Suttons Bay. The pickleball court provided us hours of fun each morning and the boat slip allowed us to park our rental boat for the week and had easy access to the north and south ends of the lake. Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were super comfy. Several wineries and Hop lot are also super close. While there wasn’t laundry facilities on site we were able to drive into town and do laundry mid trip.overall, I would highly recommend staying here!
The only drawback was the single twin bedroom. My relatives came in twos and I had mistakenly thought that there were two twin beds in the small bedroom. Fortunately, my brother in law was sick and never came to our gathering so the bed situation was OK.
It is a beautiful, well equipped house on a less desirable part of the lake. Due to the location and number of beds, I felt it was overpriced.
We had a lovely almost 2 week stay here. The cottage is in a fantastic location, close to the restaurants and grocery store in Leelanau, less than 10 min from Fishtown and about 20 min from Glen Arbor. Also very close to Suttons Bay and TC! There are several wineries/tasting rooms close to the house as well.
The property is well-stocked if you want to cook; the owners have thought of pretty much everything. The home has been really tastefully renovated and is open and airy. The backyard is huge with plenty of room to run around. We fished off the dock a lot and caught a ton of little perch.
Only two negatives: no washer/dryer so we did go to the laundromat in Suttons Bay a couple of times. But we were also provided with extra linens for our stay. Also no AC, which was only a problem the first day we arrived when it was unusually hot at 90 degrees outside. Otherwise, opening the windows created a nice cross breeze and it was never an issue on other days! The boat dock is convenient, although the water is quite shallow and may be a problem for certain boats (our rental Axis included) but pontoons and most other boats are fine I’m sure.
This is an outstanding property that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on Lake Leelanau. Thanks to Amy for being a wonderful host!
Very well maintained home stocked with everything you need. Great entertaining space. The only thing we wished we had was a washer/dryer with the price we paid.
We had a blast. Awesome place. Wonderful area with so much to do. If I were picky , we would have loved to been able to use the boat slip for a boat. Also with 4 young kids, would have been nice to have a washer and dryer!
What a wonderful place to enjoy the natural beauty of the Narrows (and watch the boat parade)! Great location, quiet road, lots of outdoor living space, hammocks, super clean house, wonderfully stocked kitchen, games… I could go on and on. We loved renting a boat and using the private dock. Great place to kick up your feet and enjoy the peaceful narrows!
Our host, Amy communicates well and answered all of my questions.
We loved our week stay on Lake Leelanau. Amy's home is so comfortable, and her attention to detail and the design choices make the home so inviting. The home is also only about 20 minutes from countless beaches and adorable small towns. We loved exploring the area, going on many breathtaking hikes, and taking in many amazing sunsets.
The time we spent on Lake Leelanau will always be treasured.
We had a delightful stay at this beautiful property, it was perfect. The home is recently renovated with all the modern conveniences and touches. Amy was a pleasure to work with. Can't say enough good things about this experience.
We had an incredible family trip at Amy's property. My wife and I along with our two kids enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean upon arrival and looked as it was described in the listing. I had a couple of questions during our stay and Amy was always responsive. We rented a boat and it was awesome to be able to pull right up to the house and have easy access to either the north or south lake. I would definitely recommend this home and would come back!
