Blue Pelican-Amazing Views-30 Sec Walk to Beach-Pet Friendly
Adorable 3 bdrm, 2.5 bth beach house w/ amazing views of the Gulf, a covered deck where you can sip your morning coffee and admire the sunrise over the gulf, a comfy bunk room, and enough beds for up to 15 guests. The downstairs master has a king bed, gel memory foam mattress, and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs has 2 bdrms, including a bunk room w/triple full and triple twin beds (sleeps 9), another room w/queen bed, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have amazing views.
The living area has two full size leather couches, one containing a queen size pull out bed. 10131.
Up to three pets are allowed for a $50 pet fee. Please let us know when booking that you are bringing pets. Dogs only, please.
PLEASE NOTE: There are security cameras on the outside of the building. They are located under the house, at the top of the stairs, and on the deck. There are no cameras inside.

Overall, we had a great stay. Enough room for our two families with children to be comfortable in. Location was great. Kitchen utensils could use a little upgrade and some attention can be given to the vents when cleaning.

A lovely getaway
We really enjoyed our time at this property. The layout of the home was perfect for extended family, the beds were comfortable and views were lovely. Everything was as advertised and any minor issues we had were addressed quickly!

Home away from home!
I can not say enough good things about this getaway. Beautiful views, clean, close to the beach, comfortable furniture, great host, amazing deck, hot and cold outdoor shower, functional outdoor furniture and personal touches throughout…loved the dog friendly touches.

Very dusty, a lot of animal hair and fridge door wouldn't stay closed.
Aside from the pet hair, dust, us having to clean the fan blades and washer that had a lot of hair stuck in it, or the fridge not working/door closing causing food to not properly store... the location is great. House looks nice, but wasn't very clean! Owner was responsive and the setup is nice. Oh, the outside shower didn't work and the water wouldn't cut off. But this place has potential and of course is cost efficient. You get what you pay for.

Long weekend stay

Perfect
Loved the property. The house was exactly as described and beach access was close and easy to get to. There were multiple close restaurants and stores. The only complaint was the mosquitos were relentless and giant. There were some sprays and a citronella candle but i don't think there was anything that could be done about thise pesky critters. Otherwise a perfect vacation.

Great Family Casa
Nice,clean, best I have rented in Surfside! Everything you need for a family .Great location. Dead end road no traffic ! Easy to get in and out.Will use this rental again in the future .
