PLEASE REQUEST THE POOL HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL.

We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.

We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.
