2 bedroom 2 bathroom home located in quiet cul de sac with large driveway, RV hook-ups, covered patio, gas BBQ, gas fire pit, and hot tub to enjoy outdoor living. Living room is spacious with pull out queen bed for additional sleeping. No neighbors located to the back and one side, adding additional privacy. Newer listing, new paint, carpet and couches. Ceiling fans in every room. Plenty outdoor parking on driveway. Tesla charger in garage

The house was VERY clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the house has everything you might need. Rhonda (the host)was amazing to work with and was more than accommodating in every way. I highly recommend this cute house.

Loved our stay. House was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the 3 amigos (coyotes) that showed up a few early mornings. Loved hiking SARA-recreation trails, the balloon festival, winter festival, RC boat races and many great restaurants. Looking forward to coming back next year.

This house has it all just in case you forget something. Very quiet neighborhood in a cull de sac . Plenty of boat parking. The house is very nicely decorated and we will definitely rent again.

Amazing dog friendly getaway

Rhonda was amzing with communication. Check in was easy, the house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. I attended a business confernece on Zoom and the wifi was perfect! It was myself, my husband and our nealry 12 year old dog. We cant wait to come back.

Great little house with everything we needed. House was clean and well-stocked with a very comfortable King bed in the primary bedroom. Nice backyard area and a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. We loved our stay!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time! Very clean home and had everything we needed! Quiet street. We rode out straight from the house to nearby trails on our side by side which was perfect. Lake and restaurants are close by. Would love to return!

Quiet neighborhood and great home

Met up with our daughter and her husband who are RVing the country. The home was perfect for our visit. Good size, comfortable sofas, etc. 10 min drive to London Bridge. Lots of great places to eat. Had good communication with Rhonda the host. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful place to stay!

One of the cleanest and nicest Vrbo that we have stayed in. The beds were amazing! House is very clean and is somewhat stocked with grocery supplies for cooking. It is a very roomy house with lots of character. The back porch is wonderful. It is a quiet neighborhood. We will be staying again!

Awesome stay!

The whole stay was great! Check in was super easy and same with checking out. The house was very clean and cozy. Had a great backyard for our dog that stayed with us, and a great location, easy to get around to everything in Lake Havasu. Will definitely come back when visiting family again!

Family Lake Visit

We rented this great house for our family to take a weekend to enjoy Lake Havasu with our boat. It worked great for us, with plenty of space, comfortable accommodations, nice and quiet location, lovely hot tub and a great evening view of sunsets. We loved having the space to keep our boat on site easily, plus room for friends to come over for dinner one night. Definitely will return the next time we're planning a stay here.

Cute house!

This was the perfect little house for us! It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood, very clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in town so we weren’t at the house much during the day but it was the perfect little home to stay at night. King bed was very comfy and shower pressure was good! Would definitely stay here again in the future.
