Welcome to this newly renovated south side Havasu home. This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has everything for your next vacation! Enjoy the outdoor patio with the scenic desert landscape and awesome BBQ Grill for cookouts for the whole family. This home offers a single car garage for your car and a double boat deep garage and, also offers gated RV parking and hookups in the rear. The common area is open with a big screen smart TV and it's own dining area.

Inside, this spacious property there are Smart TVs with cable to handle all your viewing needs. High speed internet and WIFI available. This home sleeps 6 comfortably with Maximum guests of - 8.

Lake Havasu City is located on what is known as the “West Coast of Arizona,” three hours driving time west of Phoenix, 2½ hours south of Las Vegas and four to five east of the Los Angeles region.
