"The kitchen was not fully equipped with any cooking utensils. The kitchen was dirty. There was blood on the floor from the last person that was there. I complained about it and they’ve never sent anybody to clean it. There was a dead fly over the kitchen table. They never came and cleaned it. The shower did not work. They came to fix it said it was fixed and then I went to go get a shower after that it was not fixed. I ended up getting my room switched twice. Place was horrible. I would never go back 2 inches of dust all over the place the ceiling fan was thick of dust. "

"We had an amazing getaway with our friend group of 4 families. The house was absolutely fantastic!! Everything was nice and clean on arrival. Check in was super easy. The listing description was spot on. It was the perfect amount of space for our group. Plenty of bedrooms for the adults and kids. Speaking of which, the beds were unbelievably comfy. Everyone in our group loved the beds and all said that they were super comfortable. The kitchen, dining room, and living room area were all open which allowed everyone in the group to be hanging out together while cooking, eating, watching tv, and just relaxing. The kitchen had a Keurig and a regular coffee maker which was great. The hot tub and fire pit were a huge hit and everyone in our group really enjoyed spending time using them after going snow tubing. The house was also in such a great location. It was about 25/30 min from Camelback, which we went to on Friday night for snow tubing. Then on Saturday we went to Big Boulder to do snow tubing, and it was only about 5 minutes away which was awesome. The kids and parents were very happy about the quick and easy commute! The lake was also right down the street which would be great for the summer months. There were also a few restaurants within a 5 drive too. We were so happy with the house, amenities, and location. We highly recommend the stay. It's the perfect spot for a Poconos getaway!! "

"The house was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice that each room had a TV. House was very clean, and nice bed linens and towels were provided. Only issue was the hot tub that needed to be drained and cleaned, but the problem was soon corrected after I reported it. Communication was quick and helpful. Thank you very much for the wonderful accommodations. We enjoyed our weekend there. "
