Still experiencing renovation issues. Food is served only in the bar area which can be uncomfortable depending on where you’re seated. In room service only for breakfast during the week. Pool area is rented out for children’s swim lessons, so it’s crowded and noisy. Pool area is ridiculously hot. Pool water temp is 90 degrees or more. The windows and door are open to cool it down. Totally unacceptable pool experience, especially considering what hotel charges nightly.

Check-in was fast, easy, staff is respectful, friendly.
I've stayed in this hotel many times, with very little to no complaints. My room being filthy, has never been one of them, I stay here because my room has always been reasonably clean, outdated but clean.
I was given a dingy, dark, dirty room. It smelled horrible, the carpet had huge stains everywhere.
I called and was given another room, it was in way better condition, they apologized, but upon closer look, it still had issues.
They changed all the lighting to daylight and the rooms are darker and dont feel cozy. Beds were uncomfortable and food was just ok.
Parking used to be free, it is now to my surprise $15 per day.
After this experience, I will now be staying elsewhere. I value cleanliness over most anything, i can overlook an uncomfortable bed, but the room and common areas must be clean, otherwise, is the bed/pillows/linens really clean?
