The pool looked great but It was too cold for me. I hope to visit in warmer weather and take advantage of the pool. The outdoor area was very clean and maintained well. It was a very good deal for me. I had a nice stay in Lake George.

The property is just ok. The owners were super nice, and we were able to check in early. The room was clean, but bedspread was torn, windows were old, bathroom curtain was torn and mold was present in the corners near the tub. It was loud at night. People partied on their porch until all hours of the night, all 3 nights we were there. It would not take much to spruce it up, but the walls are super thin, and we didn't sleep well. There was no hair dryer, so I had to buy one. Idk when the last time I stayed somewhere that didn't have a hair dryer in the bathroom. The pool was clean, but very cold. The garden around the pool was nicely kept, and there are 2 grills and tables for people to use.

While waiting to check in we sat in the “lobby” for like 25 minutes with an awful smell. Then a little kid comes down peeks his head through a door, leaves, we wait another couple minutes and somebody finally checks us in. Once walking to the room we were greeted with an ashtray full of cigarettes stinking right outside the room. Walking into the room it stunk terribly of smoke and mold and there was no AC on which didn’t help. The sheets were stained and the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned there was hair left all over the walls and floor. We asked for a refund and they refused even after hearing everything wrong and gave us a different room which wasn’t any better we ended packing up and leaving early

The items in the room are dated and needs to be changed so that the stay can be more comfortable. Outside was well kept. If you are looking for somewhere cheap then you may stay there.

It was fine for the 2 day stay. First night the people on both sides played loud music into the early morning and talked very loud outside, very inconsiderate. The room was ok. Checking in was weird, had to check in by going to the motel across the street.

Stranded - lying management

I arrived at 8:30pm and was told my reservation had been cancelled. I had to leave and find a place for my husband and I to stay on a Saturday night in June in a resort area! The hotel next door had one room left and we had to spend $100 more! I think this owner gave my room away. It was an awful experience.

Booked at $123 because it was a Saturday night but certainly wasn’t worth it. There was a car show so reving late night. We checked in at 5pm and it had rained all day so we were not there for the show. Ended up being charged $193 with tax. Definitely not worth it. More than we spent in Cape Cod.

2 nights of noise from our neighbors children. After repeated complaints nothing was done. Young children allowed to run rampant from 10:00 pm thru 2:30 am. After telling these people ourselves to quiet down or the police would be called, they finally went to bed. Will not stay again.

When we arrived, there was a sign on the door, telling us to go across the street and check in at that hotel. When we signed in, he gave us our key, but then changed it to a cabin at Brookside property before we left the office. The bed was a full sized instead of a queen, and was very very old and very uncomfortable. The springs went into our back and hips all night. Limited sleep. We considered leaving but were too tired to drive the 3 hours home. It was a long weekend planned outing that we looked forward to in the Lake George area, but I would recommend patrons asked to view a room and sit on the bed before they are committed for the evening.
Full bed with small cot - we originally had our suitcase on the small cot, but took turns using it to sleep.
