  • Welcome to The Cottage on Warren, a beautifully renovated vacation home located just a short walk from downtown Lake Geneva. Perfect for families, couples, and small groups, this stylish retreat combines modern comfort with an unbeatable location near the area's best restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and lakefront attractions.
    Whether you're spending the day exploring downtown, enjoying the lake, or relaxing around the backyard fire pit, The Cottage on Warren offers the perfect home base for your Lake Geneva getaway.

    Inside, the home features thoughtfully designed living spaces with updated finishes, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of natural light throughout. The open-concept living area creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for gathering with family and friends, complete with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day out exploring.

    The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests, making it easy to enjoy meals, games, and conversations together.

    Step outside to enjoy the private backyard oasis featuring comfortable outdoor seating, a fire pit, Corn Hole, and Ladder Golf. Board games are also provided for indoor entertainment during your stay.

Perfect Home Base for Lake Geneva Stay

My family really enjoyed this wonderfully laid out and appointed vacation home in Lake Geneva. There was space for everyone and generous group areas for dining, games and hanging out. Kitchen was compact but well-equipped. We were located in a quiet area yet within walking distance of the Lake and downtown shops/restaurants. Lots of light and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful!

Our family of 7 stayed here over the 4th of July and it was wonderful! The house is gorgeous and comfortable. Everything is new inside. The kids loved the bunk beds the most! It’s a short walk to Riviera Beach, great restaurants, and unique shops. 5 stars - would stay here again!
