"This was such an amazing last minute stay! Had no idea you get access to 3 different hotels when you stay with Natura and they gave us free zoo tickets! Everything was so clean and well maintained. They only had a huge room left but it was so freaking nice for the deal we got. Nothing but good to say..Just wish it were nicer out to enjoy all their outdoor activities as well. This place is definitely the best bang for your buck. All the staff were so nice as well."

"When we very first arrived, there was a smooth check-in and we stayed in hotel Rome, which is connected to the waterpark. We proceeded to the hotel and could not find any bell carts one of the workers that was working. The arcade area gave us a phone number to call we then proceeded to call the hotel. They said they were gonna let the Publix people know to bring bill carts down. We then waited a half an hour. We could not lug all of our stuff in with three small children, and my fiancé proceeded to walk the floors to find a luggage cart. He made it to the second floor, found one of the luggage cart in saw three staff members standing right by the luggage cart, leaning up against the wall, laughing and talking, so there was no kind of priority for the guest. It seems like that’s why I gave it the rating that I did."

"Positive: Condo was clean. Beds were comfy. View was spectacular. Balcony patio had chairs and table. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioner worked great. Good air flow when windows and patio door open. Shower was great. Towels were soft and enough for 2 of us. Quiet neighborhood. Parking lot well lit. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and diningroom worked great. Problems: Ceiling fan switch was broken (fixed). Frying pan warped (replaced). Window mechanism broke (not repaired). Patio door didn’t lock (fixed). Fireplace buttons broke. Negatives: Advertised a fire pit and not set out for the season. Did not use swimming pool (too cold to walk after swimming). Beach chairs were in bad shape and dirty. Patio blinds were bent and didn't close. No can opener, oven mitts or beach towels in our room. Only 1 hand towel and 1 dish towel. Recommedations: The host sends you a list of things to bring (beach towels, extra blankets, garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper, etc). Add dish towels, hand towels and dish soap. The bedding was very thin, so bring that blanket for sure. Bedroom blinds were not a complete blackout. All in all, the positives outweigh the negatives. The host was very communicative and good response time. We would return again. Therefore, I would recommend. "

"Condo is perfect for a couple. You walk in to a very nice condo and the lake view is amazing! Birds are flying everywhere! Pace of life is quiet. It’s hard to believe you’re 5-10 minutes from downtown Dells. We will be back again!"
