LAUNCH YOUR BOAT AROUND THE CORNER AT CALCASIEU POINT OR HEBERT’S MARINA AND KEEP IT IN THE BOAT LIFT FOR YOUR STAY. YOU ARE MINUTES AWAY FROM CATCHING YOUR LIMIT OF THE BEST RED, SPECKLED TROUT, FLOUNDER AND BLACK DRUM FISHING AROUND.

THIS FIFTH WHEEL IS A WILDWOOD FOREST RIVER HERITAGE GLEN 356QB MASTER KING WITH ITS OWN BATH, OPEN KITCHEN AND LIVING, AND A LARGE BUNK ROOM WITH ITS OWN BATH. IT ALSO HAS A GREAT OUTDOOR AREA WITH A SMALL FRIDGE AND SINK TO USE WHILE ENJOYING THE OUTSIDE AREAS. LET THE KIDS SWING ON THE TREES WHILE YOU RELAX AND WATCH THE SUNSET, GO BIRDING, CRAB, FISH, OR COOK OUTSIDE ON THE GAS GRILL.

I loved the camper layout very roomy, 2 bedroom two bath, just a short walk to the end of the pier to fish, Great view. The host was responsive and fair. Note to self: Check the matting season of the Lovebug when scheduling your days unless you have a fascination for them, if so that’s the place to go for sure.

Very peaceful and great fishing

The camper was very clean. Property was very well maintained and the fishing did not disappoint. We caught multiple big bull reds, alligator gar and speckled trout. We will definitely be returning

Great time

The view was beautiful, everything was clean, super nice. Fishing was great, pier and walk way were well lit and in very good shape. Plenty of space for kids to even play outside. We will definitely be back.

Relaxation

From start to finish it was an incredible trip. The property was amazing, the camper was well stocked and comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. The sunsets and sunrises were nothing short of beautiful. The pier is amazing! We completely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! Tori is definitely a joy to correspond with!

Amazing Property

We had a great time, fishing was awesome, 5th wheel was very clean and comfortable. The property is just as listed. Tori was amazing! She was concerned and very responsive to our needs. If you want a quiet place to fish and relax then I would highly recommend this property!

Great fishing getaway spot!

This RV and property was the perfect location for a getaway my brother and I had planned. The RV was clean and furnished well. We loved the lighted fishing pier. It provided a great area to get my little brother up to speed on his casting technique. The host was very helpful and communicated very well. We plan to come back with our family very soon! Thank you Tori for a wonderful experience!!

Fishing fun

Even though a cold front just left the fishing was good. The last fish we caught was a 45 inch bull redfish! Especially since this was a rv there needs to be a renters book with how everything works. The property was so quiet and beautiful on the water. Will be back again!

Beautiful Fishing Spot -- Great R & R spot.

Overall it was great. However, please bring mosquito spray because they are treacherous. The minute we pulled up and opened our car door they just swarmed in and made their way inside the camper also but besides that, we loved the area, the fishing and stay was great. We caught many types of different fish It was all so relaxing . Started off rough with the mosquitos and rain but we ended up having a great time. We would like to return in the spring or winter when the mosquitoes or not so bad.

This was our second trip and it was better than the first! We plan on making this a tradition for our family. Everything about this place is amazing. Fishing was great. The swings were fun for the kids and the fire pit is wonderful to enjoy after watching the beautiful sunsets. Looking forward to our next time back!
