"The area is true to New Mexico. Flat and sort of boring. We did, however, enjoy our stay. A short drive to Roswell, which is a small but fun town. I do have to give a friendly warning. There are 4 dogs that run the show on the property. 2 are what I believe are Mexican hairless dogs. and 2 are aging labs. Very sweet dogs who are the welcoming committee. "We booked this home to stay in Artesia while we visited with family. The house is very clean and has everything you would need for your stay. The area is located in the middle of an orchard and the mornings and evenings are very relaxing and peaceful sitting in the screened in porch. Very satisfied with everything available at this home. Will book again on our next trip to Artesia!"
