🚫 NO guests beyond the 6 registered on the reservation — day visitors are not permitted

🔇 Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; outdoor noise levels are monitored 24/7 (decibel-only — absolutely no cameras or audio recording inside the home)

🪪 The primary guest must be 25 or older and must be staying on-site for the duration of the booking

Any violation results in immediate termination of the stay with no refund, plus charges for damages, excess cleaning, and any HOA or noise fines. By booking, you agree to these terms.
